In order to book an apartment please select one or several flats and fill in the order blank. You can also check their availability by email or phone. Our contact information is provided on our website.PAYMENT POLICY
It's possible to pay for accomodation in the following way: in cash after your arrival to the apartment or with your credit card via Pay Pal before your check in .
It's necessary to pay for the whole period of rent in the day of your arrival. We need to know your rent period to make further bookings for this flat..
OUR SERVICE
You don't need to pay any extra money for the service we provide. We get comission from private owners whose flats are presented on our website and satisfy the following guidelines:

- Moderate price
- Convinient location
- Excellent condition
- Well-criticized by previous guests
Check-In time is after 1 pm. In case of early check in please reserve the apartment for one extra night before arrival and you will be able to check in it as early as you need. In case the apartment is vacant you can check-in before 1 p.m. without any extra charge. If not, please wait till 12:00 or 13:00.
Check out time is 12 p.m.. In case the flat has no further booking you can stay for 1-3 hours more if you need. Late check-out before 20.00. will be charged of half apartment rate, after 20.00 - the full apartment rate. For late check out please inform beforehand.

FLAT PREVIEW
It is possible to preview the apartment before your check in.
All apartments are presented on the site with detailed photos. It's also possible to preview selected apartment before your check in if it's vacant and not reserved. Apartments that are reserved can be shown at check out time only. You can choose a flat by looking through their digital photos.
RENTAL COST
Rental price includes all taxes.There are no any hidden charges or fees in the price.
Bed linen, kitchen outfits, towels, bed linen iron and iron-board.
Hot, cold water and other public utilities, local phone calls.
Flat cleaning and bed-linen changing once a week.
Extra cleaning service is available upon request for additional charge.
DAMAGE
Before check in to the flat please check that everything works properly and you are satisfied with apartment condition and . Before your check out our manager will come pick up the keys and to check everything. In case of any damage we will charge you equal to the extent of damage.
